Mr. Chen Ying is Chairman of China Resources Enterprise. He is also Assistant General Manager of China Resources Group.

Before taking up the current role as Chairman, Mr. Chen was the Chief Strategy Officer of CR Group, Managing Director of CR Land (Beijing) Holdings, Non-Executive Director of CR Cement, CR Power, CR Gas and CR Land.

Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Architectural Management from Tsinghua University, China, and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He joined China Resources Group. in 1993.

Mr. Wang Yan is Director and President of China Resources Enterprise. He was appointed as the General Manager of the Audit Department of China Resources Group, and successively served as Director and Chief Financial Officer of CR Petroleum, Director and Deputy General Manager of CR Gas. He has extensive experience in auditing, finance, and risk control.

Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Department of Finance and Accounting of Capital University of Economics and Business, China, and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of South Australia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CICPA) . Mr. Wang joined China Resources Group in 1994.

Dr. Lee is Director of the Board and Vice President of CR Enterprise, Chief Strategy Officer (Greater Bay Area) of China Resources Group. Dr. Lee is Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Basic Law Committee of the NPC Standing Committee，Member of Seventh Legislative Council, Member of Commercial (Third) Subsector of The Election Committee, Chairperson of the Basic Law Foundation, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Values Education, Education Bureau, HKSAR.

Dr. Lee has served as the convener of the Financial Group and Legal Group of the "Hong Kong Participation in The Belt and Road Initiative" project of the Counselor's Office of the State Council, the PIFS consultant of Law School, Harvard University and a visiting scholar of Law School, The University of Hong Kong.He was awarded the Medal of Honor (M.H.) in 2016, selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2017, and awarded a Justice of the Peace (J.P.) in 2019.

Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Law, Tsinghua University, China, and joined China Resources Group in 2012.

Mr. Geng Jian is Non-Executive Director of China Resource Enterprise. He was appointed as Outside Director of the Business Unite at China Resource Group and Non-Executive Director of CR Vanguard and CR Property.He was Director and Deputy General Manager of CR Ng Fung and successively served as General Manager of Shanghai Ng Fung SS Fond Company Limited and General Manager of Ng Fung Hong Limited.

Mr. Geng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics, China. He joined China Resources Group in 1989.

Mr. Huang Ting is Non-Executive Director of China Resources Enterprise. He was appointed as Outside Director of the Business Unit at China Resources Group, Non-Executive Director of CR Trust. He was the Vice President of CR Cement and has successively served as Deputy General Manager, Financial Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Procurement Officer of CR Cement Guangdong.

Mr. Huang holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Xiamen University, China, and joined China Resources Group in 1992.

Mr. Bo Zhou is Non-Executive Director of China Resource Enterprise. He was appointed as Outside Director of the Business Unit at China Resource Group.He was appointed as Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department,Assistant President and Deputy General Manager of China Resources Textile (Group) Co., Ltd.,and he has successively served the Section Chief of The Finance Department of China Resources Group,The Manager of the Finance Department of China Nanyang Import and Export Co., Ltd.and The Deputy General Manager of CR Env Protection.

Mr.Zhou holds a Mater’s Degree in Business Administration from the Nation University of South Australia. He joined the China Resource Group in 1989.

Mr. Yanfei Bao is Non-Executive Director of China Resource Enterprise. He was appointed as Outside Director of the Business Unit at China Resource Group. He was Chairman of CR Longdation, and successively served the General Manager of CR Petroleum Co., Ltd.，Deputy General Manager of CR Petroleum Group, Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Department of China Resources Group, and General Manager of All Seasons Property Co., Ltd..

Mr. Bao holds a bachelor’s degree from East China University of Science and Technology, and a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco, United States. He joined China Resources Group in1985.
